21. Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personalised or custom-made jewellery are non-returnable unless faulty.

22. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will provide an exchange or refund where appropriate.
23. International Orders, Customs and Import Duties
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom and select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or handling charges applied by their destination country.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processes or for any loss once the parcel has entered the destination country’s postal system.
By placing an international order, you agree to comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations.
