Shipping policy

At Suri-Mai Jewellery, we strive to make your delivery experience as smooth and enjoyable as your shopping. Below, you’ll find all the essential details about our delivery services.

Order Processing Times

We are a small independent business and therefore kindly ask customers to allow approximately 2-3 working days for processing and packing of your order prior to dispatch, although we are often able to process orders much more quickly. If something is needed in a hurry please let us know and we will do our best to meet your need.

We have an Express Shipping option when checking out - please select this option if you need your items quickly. If you have selected Express shipping and placed your order before 1pm (GMT/BST), these will be dispatched the same working day - only applicable to UK deliveries.

Please be aware that longer timescales apply for any custom order items, which we will advise you of when you contact us. Our order processing and shipping times exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

 

Delivery Methods

We will ship all items using a tracked and insured service with either Royal Mail or DPD. There may be occasions where we need to use an alternative courier, in which case you will either have the option to select your courier or we will notify you once your order has been dispatched. 

 

UK Domestic Delivery 

FREE standard tracked delivery for orders over £100, takes 3-5 working days

Standard tracked delivery - Delivered within 3-5 working days - £3.95 (for orders under £100)

EXPRESS tracked delivery - Delivered within 1-2 working days - £6.95 (free for orders over £300). 

All orders will be fully tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.  Tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch. 

Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, over the weekend or on public holidays will be despatched the following working day.

Please note, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses and delivery to remote postcodes may take longer than those timescales stated. 

 

International Delivery

Suri-Mai Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen customs delays. Please be aware of your local custom taxes and import duties for the purchase of goods from the UK. Any customs or import duties will be the buyer's responsibility.

 

USA Delivery 

Standard tracked delivery with signature required upon delivery
