I am unhappy with my item and would like to exchange it for another item. Is this possible?We are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to return your item, please get it touch with us at contact@surimai.com and we will help to process your return.

Do you have a warranty?All Suri-Mai items have a 3 month guarantee from the date of receiving your order. This applies to items that present any manufacturing defects after ruling out any damage caused by misuse of the item.

What if I receive a faulty item?Please get in touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details and photos showing the fault with the item and we will arrange for the item to be returned to us. Once we have received the item, you will have the option of either receiving a refund or a replacement.

How do I know if the bracelet will fit?As children are all very different and have different size bodies, the most accurate way of knowing if our bracelets will fit, is to measure their wrist. We have put together some guidance which you can find here.

What materials are your items made with?All our pieces are made using precious metals. They are made from solid gold or sterling silver and adorned with sustainable lab-grown diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, crystals and pearls. For information regarding the material of our pieces, see the materials and dimensions on the individual product’s page.

The product I want is no longer available on your website. Can I still purchase it?Our collection changes periodically as we produce items in small batches in order to reduce waste and to give us the flexibility to change, improve and freshen up our items. There may be some items that are always available due to popularity and some that sell out and we may restock if they are popular enough and there is high demand to have them restocked and some that we decide not to restock. Please get it touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details of the product that you wish to purchase and we will look into this for you.

I would like a custom piece produced. Is this something you could do?We may be able to create a custom piece for you. This depends on your requirements and timeframe the piece is needed for. Please get in touch with us at contact@surimai.com with details and images of what you would like and we will come back to you.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Outside of this window we will be unable to make changes to your order. We will make every effort to satisfy your request for changes, but cannot guarantee your order can be modified once it has been submitted. If your order has already been processed, it may not be cancelled or modified.

Do you have a store where I can purchase your products?We currently do not have a physical store which customers can visit. We will keep customers updated if this changes, so please ensure you are signed up to receive our updates. Link to sign up can be found at the bottom of our homepage.

How will I know when my order has been sent?You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Can I track my order?After receiving confirmation of your order you will receive a confirmation of dispatch email containing your tracking number. You will then be able to track your parcel via the carriers website.

Can I update my shipping address once I have placed my order?We have a very small window that allows changes to be made to addresses. Please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of placing the order and if your order hasn't been dispatched yet we may be able to make the changes. Please note, as we work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request, but we will try our best.

How long will it take to receive my order?This will depend on the delivery method you chose whilst placing your order. We have various shipping options with different delivery times and prices to choose from.

Do I need to sign-for the delivery?Due to the nature of our products all our shipping options are a trackable signed-for service.

Do you ship internationally, outside of the UK?We may be able to ship to certain countries. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the order value and the destination so please get in touch with us before placing your order, either via the contact us page or email and we will be able to advise you of the cost. Please note that you will be responsible for any customs and import charges and tax that may apply as well as any return costs if you choose to return any items.

Tracking number says the order has been delivered but I do not have it. What should I do?In most cases, the parcel has been delivered and received by another person at the address given. Please check your reception, concierge, office and neighbours before contacting us, quoting your order number. Please note that we can only be responsible for getting your parcel to the building and not an individual flat or business within certain buildings. All of our shipping options are a trackable and signed-for service so your package will have been signed-for at the time of delivery to your building address.

Can I return earrings?For hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on earrings unless faulty.

How do I return an item?HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER Returns are allowed within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in perfect, unused condition. Please include all original shipping packaging when making your return. To start the returns process, please send us an email to contact@surimai.com explaining your reason for return and we will begin the process and provide the next steps to proceed with the return. As we are a small family run business the returns process takes a little longer to process than when you buy from a large business. We will examine and process your return as quickly as we can once it has been received. This may take 2-3 weeks, so please bear with us. Please note, we are unable to accept returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

What is your returns policy?Items must be returned to us within 14 days (30 days for our International customers) of your order being received. Returns will only be accepted for items that are in perfect, unused condition and must be returned in their original packaging in order to be accepted for a return or exchange. All returns are at the cost of the customer for change of mind. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring product in case of change of mind. If you wish to return an unworn item (not including earrings) due to change of mind we will issue a refund for the value paid minus £4.95 admin and restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer minus postage cost.
